I have four years of experience in food service in a variety of front-of-house positions. For the past year, I've been a host at DEF Restaurant. However, I've come to realize that I prefer the role of server, as it allows for a more personal connection. I work quickly and efficiently while building a rapport with each customer.
I also recently took the opportunity to participate in an intensive course and secure the designation of Certified Sommelier. Wine is a hobby of mine, but I'm happy to offer my knowledge as a "value-added" proposition to your fine establishment.
