To be frank, I've had the Widgets United website bookmarked for months, waiting for an opening. As I'm sure you know, you have next to no turnover due to the reputation of the working environment there.
I have nine years of experience in the Widgets field, but due to relocating to Portland for my wife's job at Anytown University, I've been between positions, simply because there are not that many Widget Factories around anymore. I have long admired Widgets United and can see why your company is the exception.
