I am a 5'5", 37-year-old, 140lb woman. I am married with two children, ages six and nine. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, but I do drink two cups of coffee every day. I have a pet cat, age four, and no known allergies. I am not currently taking any medication, although I was taking Zoloft from 2009 to 2012.
Over the last three years, I have suffered from night terrors, the result of which is that I wake up three times a night and get an average of 5.5 hours of sleep. The most common symptoms I have experienced are pressure on my chest, inability to breathe, and waking up sweating and unable to move.
