Widget management is in my blood. Literally. I come from a long line of Widget lovers. My grandmother managed the first Widget factory in the Southwest, and my parents met while working on the factory line.
I followed up a Management degree from Anytown University with an MBA. I've been a mid-level manager for three years, to great success, but when I saw that a position was open at Widgets United, I jumped at the chance to apply.
My approach to management is simply this: be the kind of leader that I would like to follow.
