As a professional lecturer and former HR manager, I know how important it is to create a safe and respectful work environment. I have spent the last four years traveling to different companies in the Oregon and Washington area, speaking to people on the importance of a business that thinks critically and remains harassment free.
As a woman with a disability, I know firsthand how difficult a workplace can be if people are not properly trained and educated in how to approach inclusivity and diversity. My seminar is a two-week course that covers reporting, harassment, the gender gap, equal pay, personal boundaries, respectful questions, and diversity in gender, orientation, presentation, race, religion, and nationality. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I believe wholeheartedly in the importance and impact of this work.
