I am so excited to be transferring to Major University from City Community College, majoring in Comparative Literature. My adviser, Jill Jorgenson, suggested that getting my work study hours in via a library position would be a great match for my skill set.
I worked at the county library in high school, both in circulation and as a shelver. I am most familiar with the Dewey Decimal system, but am also fairly confident with regard to the Library of Congress system. I'd be happy to work anywhere you find appropriate.
The Financial Aid Office informs me that I am eligible to put in up to 18 work study hours per week this coming semester. I've attached a copy of my course schedule so that you can see my availability.
